Daily Note

31 minute double run, 4 strides, roll, stretch

10 minute warm up, light drills, 32 minute tempo @ 5:25 pace, 10 minute cool down w/ 3xDownhill strides, core, roll, stretch

Double run was nice and easy. Got out and started running by 9. In the first 10 minutes I felt really gross and did not feel well, but by the end of the run I felt great. Feeling super cleared out and fresh for the tempo later today. Tempo was mediocre today. Breathing was not hard at all and it stayed very controlled the entire time. My legs were the problem at the end though. Last 10 minutes they really started to hurt and burn. I was able to focus on something else and just push through it. Finishing the tempo was a huge relief and not having anything after was nice to hear too. Overall pretty good day of double run and workout.
