Daily Note

Core, 15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 2x1200 @ VO2, 5x800 @ VO2, 4x200 @ mile, 10 minute cool down, plyos, weight lifting, roll, stretch

Workout was really good actually. The wind was terrible but I managed to still hit pace with the converted wind times. The wind on the back stretch made it really hard. 1200’s actually weren’t terribly hard, but the 4th rep was the hardest. I was 5 seconds slow, but on if there was no wind. I just felt like I was pushing way too much, the rest after that were good though. the 200's felt great and really fast. Went to Ben’s house to lift and it was actually really fun. I enjoyed being there with the guys and just vibing. Overall pretty good day, gonna double rub tomorrow morning so it should be fun.
