Daily Note

Core, 15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 5x1k @ CV, 5xRotary Hills, 5x200 @ 800, 10 minute cool down, weight lifting, plyos, roll, stretch

Workout was amazing today. Probably one of the best workouts I have had in a while. Legs felt absolutely fantastic today. First off the 1k’s were great, except for the fact that we had to run in lanes 4-6 cause the girls sprinters wouldn’t move. Sprinters using the first 50 meters of the straightaway do not need lanes 1-3, change my mind. Anyway I ran with Arthur and it was lots of fun hitting fast paces. Hills were great too, did them with Ryan. 200’s were fabulous as well. Hit some fast paces and felt super smooth and controlled. Owen did them with me and it was lots of fun. Lifting was good as well. For the 1k's the reason we went from 2:59's to 3:05's because our actual pace is a 3:07, but we were going a little fast.
