Upbeat was interesting today. Started with Arthur for the first mile then he turned around because his toe hurt. Did the first half alone and was kinda speeding a bit. But I didn’t slow down because I told myself not too when I definitely should have. On the way back I saw Arthur and he really helped me through the last bit. My breathing was absolute dog water and was “horrible” as Arthur said. And I agree. He told me to stop for a minute and fix my breathing and I did and it was good for the last 5 minutes. Rest of the stuff was good. Overall good day, pushed through it and showed good strength.
