Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, hot lap, 12x400 @ mile pace, 1x150 fast, 10 minute cool down, plyos, weightlifting, core, roll, stretch

Workout was not the best today. I have had a little cold the last few days, a stuffed up nose and a slight headache. Kinda annoying cause it made the workout much harder than it should have been. The first 3 reps were right on and everything after that was 2-3 seconds slow. My legs were feeling it and breathing got really hard. After the workout, I drove home and lifted and that went pretty well. Nothing special no PR’s that's about it. Going to double run later, so hopefully that goes well. Double run was great, super nice out and was just fun to shake out the legs and get some more miles in because today was fairly low mileage.
