96 minute long run, 4 strides, hips + hurdles, core, roll, stretch Long run was super dope today. I ran on the naperville loop today. Probably one of my favorite loops to run on because it is a little over 15 miles but goes by fairly quickly. It is also pretty flat and the hills I do run on are mostly down, and when they are up they are fairly gradual. Was unsure about being able to mentally do a 15 mile run today cause I was pretty tired, but I managed to get it done with no problems. Overall, good day and a good way to end the week. Feeling good about the training and mileage.
