Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 2xAnne Hills, 4x1k @ CV, 3xHuffman Hills, 3x10 second hills, 10 minute cool down, weight lifting and plyos, core, roll, stretch

Running workout portion was pretty fire not gonna lie. I woke up at 6:30, left my house at 6:45 and got to central at 6:50. Workout was so hot. It was pretty chilly out but after warm up I felt better. First two hills went well and the CV was alright, two of them I was kinda slow, but the other two I was fast so it compensated. But the lifting was so FIRE. Graham came over to lift with me and it was great. I did 10 reps of 135, after doing 2 reps of 135 2 weeks ago, which is crazy to me. It was super easy too. So pumped about that
