Daily Note

35 minute warm up, hips + drills, sprint mechanics, 3x40’s, 10x100, 16 minute cool down, 2 strides, core, roll, stretch

The 100's today were boring and I was very tired. Doing these days alone are super boring and feel so much longer than they are because the rest is so long, and the warm up and cooldown take a while and there is no one to talk to. Plus I felt pretty crummy today so it made it feel longer. My legs were extremely tired and did not feel the best at all. By the end of the 100’s they felt a bit better but nothing near fresh or feeling good. Hopefully tomorrow before the workout I’ll feel a bit better. Double run felt good, good way to shake out the legs and feel better for tomorrow.
