Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 32 minute tempo, 4x250 @ 800 pace, 10 minute cool down, strength / plyos, core, roll, stretch

Tempo was really good today. Legs felt amazing and I didn’t have any problems at all during it. It got a little hard at the end but besides that it was great. We got to the track even earlier than Tuesday because we had to leave earlier, still went pretty well though. It was much colder this morning than the last two so I had to bundle up in my winter running clothes. Anyway, it was a good day and I am very glad to be heading back to do workouts there. I am pretty tired of doing them here.
