Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 5x1200 @ 3-mile pace, 4x150 fast, 10 minute cool down, strength / plyos, core, roll, stretch

Workout was surprisingly good. We woke up really early to get to the track early before we went out and did stuff for the day. It wasn’t too cold thankfully so that was really nice but the school we went to was in session so people gave us weird looks haha. It was pretty fun though, the wind was bad, but I pushed through it and had a good workout. Talked to the students there for a bit and the gym coach, it was pretty fun. Legs felt really good today and never felt like I was pushing it too much. Very successful day.
