12 minute warm up, hips, hips + drills, hot lap, 3-mile race, 20 minute cool down, 4 strides, core, stretch, roll

Overall I had a really terrible day today. The start was good, I got out in a great position and was up in the front group, and then 5 meters later I let the group go right past me and a gapped formation. After that gap formed it all went downhill from there. I didn’t make any moves and generally stayed in the same position. I am not happy with myself and my performance. I am praying I can get invited to Shazam and get one more chance to run.
