Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 4x1k @ CV, 1x600 @ 3-mile, 3xDownhill Strides, 10 minute cool down, strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

First off, the weather today was terrible, but I did not let it affect me. Once I got moving, I warmed up pretty quick but the first mile of warm up was very gold. The CV 1k’s were fairly easy. The first one was slow but the rest of them were all perfect or a tad fast but nothing insane. Felt really good through the 1k’s and they felt very easy. I ran them with Arthur which was good and felt very easy. The 600 was also good, I hit the 400 @ 72, and the 600 @ 1:51 which was right on pace. Felt good today, excited for sectionals.
