Daily Note

12 minute warm up, hips + drills + hot lap, 3 mile race, 1k @ CV, 4x200 fast, 17 minute cool down, mini circuit (1 set), core, stretch, roll

Race was actually pretty good. Weather was surprisingly really amazing. First regionals with great weather, there was very little wind, and it was honestly pretty warm out. Perfect racing weather. I was pretty nervous on the line but not as nervous as previous races, or postseason races in general. Once the race started I was not in the best position but also not in the worst. Mile two I fell a bit, but I worked my way back up and finished really well. Finished 5th so it was a great spot to end.
