Daily Note

16 minute warm up, hips + drills, 2x600 @ 3-mile, 6x300 @ mile, 3x40 fast, 10 minute cool down, core, stretch, roll

Workout was actually pretty good. It was pretty hot today, well not actually hot but after a lot of cold days it felt very warm. First rep was a tad fast, oops, but its all good cause it felt super easy. I definitely did not need to go that fast though. The rest of the reps were all on pace, or just a second quick. But I definitely fixed the workout and am feeling good about it now. Seeing Speezy was cool. Super excited for saturday.
