Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 5 minute tempo, Mile effort (felt like an 8), 10 minute tempo, 10 minute cool down w/ 4x15 30’s for the last 3 min, strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

Everything was going super well until I heard that there was tempo before the mile. I let that affect me way more than it should have. I know that what I ran today is my 2 mile pace for sure. I am confident that I could run 1.5 at that pace. It felt super easy and I was not going all out. My splits were even which is good, but I was just too slow overall, and I know I am faster. Still confident and ready for regionals.
