15 minute warm up, hips + drills + hot lap, 3xMile CV, 3x300 @ fast, 2x150 @ all out, 10 minute cool down, mini circuit, core, stretch roll

Not gonna lie I am a little upset that I didn’t get to run my last DVC but it's all good because I know big things are ahead of me. Today though was very very good. I ran with Arthur and I think now I can 100% run with him no doubt. I feel more confident than ever and I know I can do it. Today I ran with him, we did the 3 mile CV workout and we hit a 15:35 which would have actually got us both 2nd and 3rd place at DVC. Which is kinda funny because we had zero competition and no fans to cheer us on. But I felt great during the workout, I pushed ahead in some spots and really worked that hill to the best of my ability. Super excited for how things are going.
