15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 22 minute tempo, 4xRotary Hills, 10 minute cool down, 1 set strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

Tempo run today was absolutely amazing. I ran with Arthur the whole time and felt super super good. It was probably one of the easiest tempos I have run. The wind was kinda rough on one of the straightaways but not too bad. The loop we ran was so much fun I actually really enjoyed it. We started at the bell tower, went down the trail towards McDowell, went by the swamp, back through the parking lot by the beach and took the otherside of the river trail around back to the bridge, then to the bell tower. 1.5 mile loops are lots of fun.
