31:44 minute double run, 4 strides, roll, stretch core

15 minute warm up, hips + drills + hot lap, 1xMile @ 3-mile pace, 5x800 @ VO2, 10 minute cool down, strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

Honestly, I had a really good workout today. Legs felt really fresh in the morning for the double run after I did strides. I wasn’t gonna do a double until I woke up and felt gross, so I wanted to get the gross out. By the time 3:00 came around I was feeling much better and ready for the workout. Ran with Arthur for the first 3 reps and then split up because why not. I still hit paces and it felt relatively easy. Great day.
