Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills + sprint mechanics, 3x50’s, 8x100’s, 35 minute cool down, stretch, roll

Pre-meet was alright today. Felt kinda groggy today on the warm up but after drills and the first 50 I was feeling much better. I always try and get the grossness out in the 100’s because normally if I don’t then the cool down feels really really bad. I didn’t push on the 100’s, instead I was focusing on good form and shaking out my legs and preparing for friday. Actually pretty excited for tomorrow. Big things are going to happen.
