Daily Note

32:34 minute recovery run, 4 strides, roll, stretch

15 minute warm up, hips + drills + sprint mechanics, hot lap, 10x400 @ Mile pace, 12 minute cool down, strength / plyos, core, stretch, roll

Double run was pretty good. Did a 4.5 mile loop that was actually pretty nice and I think I am going to start using that from now on. Legs felt good though and it was nice to get out in the AM and wake myself up a little more and get ready for the day. Workout was pretty good, not the best 400 workout I have ever had but I think that was partly due to mindset. On the 45 second rest day, I was zoned in and ready to run fast, but on the 90 second rest day I was not as zoned in which definitely took away from my ability to run better splits.
