Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 25 minute tempo, 3x1k @ 3-mile, 2xHills, 13 minute, strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

Pretty decent workout today. Ran to May Watts which is probably one of my least favorite workout spots but still not too bad. Ran there early with Arthur so I started my tempo way before anyone else. The tempo got pretty hard near the end but I powered through it. The 1k’s were slight to say the least. I thought they would be hard to hit on pace but I ended up hitting them all right on maybe even a little fast. Felt easier towards the end of the workout.
