Workout was pretty good today. First off the wind was absolutely terrible. I feel like there was never a point where the wind was not affecting me. But nonetheless, I still bodied the workout. With the wind I hit a 5:12, 5:10, 5:09, and a 2:32, which are all except for the 800 5 seconds slow, but that isn’t that bad cause the wind was probably about 5 seconds. Felt pretty good through the workout though, the cold weather, and crisp autumn air is absolute perfection. The vibes are immaculate and we transition into the one and only spooky season. Feeling good, confident, and ready to help the boys run a very good race. Also today going into my second rep I said to Ashton “I am going to hit 5:10.6 on the dot. And guess what???? I hit a 5:10.6. I saw the time at 5:07 around 0.98, and was like no WAY! And then I hit it right on. ITS TIME TO BE ELITE.
