Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills + sprint mechanics, 25 minute broken tempo, (12:30 & 12:30), 4xShort hills, 12 minute cool down, strength/plyos, core, stretch, roll

Pretty good workout today. I learned a lot about myself today though, the first thing was that I do not like broken tempo. Yes it is nice to have a break in between, but I feel so much better during solid tempo because once I get into a groove I do not want to stop. So having the break takes me out of my zone, and it is much harder to get back into it after a break. I also learned that helping other people during their workout is beneficial to me and to them. I was passing Luke Flessner's group and Ben was leading by a bit. I told Luke let's go up and run with Ben and he stuck on my hip all the way up to Ben and packed up. Literally gave me chills. It was just so sick. Really dope.
