Core, 96:46 minute long run, 4 strides, hurdles, hip drills, stretch, roll Good long run today. Ran with Nick today at 11:30 because we both wanted to sleep in. Slept into 10:50 which was much needed and super nice. Run was good today though. Legs felt good and I felt pretty fresh. Was really hoping it would not rain too hard and it did not so we got lucky. Honestly loving the cooler temps though, the rain is annoying but the temperature is nice. Got a solid 14 miles into today which makes this week like a 66 mile week or something high like that. This week has been a really solid week, all good workouts, good race, and high mileage. Technically ran 15:15 for 3 miles because it was a 3.03 course which is super good because that puts me at 23rd ranked in the state which is fantastic.
