26 minute warm up, hips + drills + plyos, 3x30’s fast 10 min cool down, w/ 4x15/30’s, roll stretch, core

Solid pre-meet day today. Legs felt a little less sore than yesterday, but my core and arms are still sore from the backflips a couple days ago. Not gonna do a TT tomorrow because it is so early in the season and in my training I don’t feel it is necessary just yet.
