Daily Note

8 minute warm up, hips + drills + plyos, 10 min easy running before fartlek, 4:30, 3:30, 2:15, 1:15, 40, 10 min cool down, strength, core, stretch, roll

Pretty solid workout this morning. Got up at 7 to run at 7:15 with nick. Definitely a move to run earlier, the heat is just so brutal later in the day and is not worth to run in it. Legs felt pretty good but my arms and core are super sore from doing backflips yesterday.
