15 minute warm up, hips + drills + plyos, 16 min tempo, (2x8 min seg) 5x20 second hills, 10 minute cool down, strength, stretch, roll

Good run today. Ran at 7:15 with nick. It was kinda humid, but not too bad, thankfully we got out before the big heat. Legs were kinda beat on the second half of upbeat, but I maintained a consistent pace which was good. Took a massive nap when I got home.
