Daily Note

12 minute warm up, hips + drills, 4-3-2-1-30 fartlek, 10 min cool down, one set mini, core, stretch

Really really good workout today. Me and Nick got up and ran around 7. So we wouldn’t have to worry too much about the heat. It was about 72 ish degrees so not too bad. We did our fartleks on the river trail, and they were pretty baller. We hit pace on all of them, maybe a little fast in the first one but still in control. Inside of my legs felt really sore though, rolled out though and felt better. Oh yeah and I almost step on a mouse, it ran in front of me and nick during our 2 minute rep.
