Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills + plyos, 16 minute broken tempo (8 & 8) @ 5:45 pace, 10 min cool down w/ 3x20/40’s, bodyweight, core, roll stretch

First tempo back. A little harder than I expected because normally I do tempos at 5:30 pace, but since it was my first real workout back, tempo was +75. Did it with nick and we actually had a good time. We did it on the river trail which was nice because it was just a straight shot there and back. Overall very good first workout back.
