40 minute recovery run w/ 10 min upbeat at the end, drills, roll, stretch

Upbeat recovery with nick today. Legs felt even better. Taking the first week back slow and easy, not trying to rush anything and get injured. We have a very long season ahead of us so I got a lot of time to get ready for racing.
