20 minute warm up, 5x100, mile cool down, stretch roll

Good pre-meet day. Legs felt good and I am ready for the hard workout/race tomorrow. It should be fun and very exciting to see what we can do. We are doing 1.5 mile at state pace tomorrow so 4:45 pace which is 71 per lap, should be a good time.
