15 minute warm up, drills, 5x400 @ VO2, 4x200 @ mile

Good most likely last track workout of the season. Little bit sore from the backyard olympics. But overall a good workout and it was a lot of fun. We hit pace on every rep which was super nice. Excited for this race/workout this week.
