Daily Note

10 minute warm up, hips + drills, 1 mile @ VO2 (10 min rest), 800 @ mile (60 second rest), 400 all out, 26 minute cool down, mini, stretch, roll

Honestly not as hard of a day as I was anticipating. I was a little nervous going into the workout because I knew it might get hard. I started the mile at VO2 with Arthur. He kinda got away from me but then I ended up like 3 seconds behind him. The long rest between was nice to have. And the 800 was good as well, hit a 2:17 which is 4:34 pace which is exactly my PR so pretty quality day today and the 400 after the 800 was a 62 which I am ok with.
