AM shakeout with dan, a little windy and cold but still could wear shorts. felt decent. rolled in ATR after. PM: workout on outdoor track, windy but otherwise nice. 2K at tempo (6:13), 2x800 at 2:20 each, 3x300 in 49, 50, 50. 300s felt great. not hard but enough stimulus for the week. weights after, got calves worked on as well. good day.
