10K at Mt. Sac, just need to close down this one and it would've been perfect. Got out the way I wanted, went through 5k in 14:47 which is exactly where I wanted to be, then just could'nt hang on the last 2k or so, ended up running 29:51. I think the lesson learned here is that if I was farther up in the pack I was with the whole time, I would've just stuck on them instead of letting the gap form with a mile to go. Still a solid day, just fractions of a second off per lap of where I know I can be.
