2mile WU; 10x400s (79,89,85,84,83,82,82,80,80,78); 1.5 Mile CD. Didn't think I was going to be running today since my knee was hurting during the morning, but it actually started to feel better after aggressively icing it multiple times during the day. Did not feel pain at all during the workout and actually felt decent. Cold tub afterwards. Fingers crossed I stay pain free!
