Was doing 8 flats on the way out and they felt like at least 7:20s, then turned to have my back to the wind and I was suddenly hitting 6:55s effortlessly, so that was cool. But then the wind shifted and was hitting me at the side and I was kinda pissed. Did the 5x30s pick ups in the middle, kinda odd but not at all strenuous, just felt like long strides. Expecting tomorrow to feel poopy.
