Wanted to get a nice easy run before my long run tomorrow. First few miles were about 7:35 and felt very easy. Although it may not be a huge difference in my average pace I was a little surprised. Overall run was smooth a little windy but nothing crazy. I also decided to run in the Magi's Mile because why not I am about to register. After my run I started to implement the body workouts which I will do 2-3 times a week.
