Alright so I decided once again to get up at 6am to get this workout in. I decided to do 12x400 at 6:30. I was doing this almost like a test run to see if I have the mental fortitude lol. Overall worked out great I ended up being under for almost all of them. It never felt like I was working that hard. There were a few points where I started to feel the feeling of difficulty when starting to press the pace but no where near anaerobic.
