A very early morning shakeout and then arrived at Gettysburg for a good day of track and field. 1500 was ahead of schedule, and then next thing you know the 800 is starting and Sarah is still tying her spikes on the line. Finished up with a 4x4 with Sarah, Margo, and Laura. In the name of science, Laura and I ran this sockless. It was fine, nothing special, will be wearing socks again for conferences.

As a woman of science you should point out to your viewers that statistically speaking, those that wore socks during the 4x4 split a slower time, on average, than those that went sockless.
