Worked for 8 hours then got together w some old running buddies and ran around 3:45 Felt really good today!!! And have running buddies for both workouts this week YAY! Fun fact- went to go to the track and the parking lot was completely demolished!!!! All torn up. Ps- saw an old lady riding a tricycle around my neighborhood during my run and now Julia and I want to buy one.
