3 up, 3x1200 @ 5k race pace (4:07.5), 3 down Target was to hit 4:07.5 for the 1200s (5:30 pace), Did 3 min jog for rest. went 4:07, 4:08, 4:07....and then stopped. Combo of having a bad legs day, bad weather (sleeting with wind on the back stretch) and this just being a tough workout.
