Did a little light stretching, no idea how to even start trying to get more flexible. -Pillar 10min -Pushups 30 -Single leg ball curl 3x15 -Windmill 3x15 -Bench 12x95, 8x105, 4x115, 2x125,4x115, 8x105, 12x95 -Single leg press 3x(15x75) -Single calf raise 3x(12x55) Bench was tough, really just wanted to see if I could crank out 125 and heard that a pyramid routine is a thing. Really can't wait until I can actually start to get in shape, I detest not being able to work out and run as much as I want now that it's been nearly a year of rehab.
