Great run today. Went down to skog at 8:30 for long run with the boys(Justin Turtle Plum Sid Birdo Shrek) and headed out on NW roads for a long run. Felt great throughout, probably the best I've ever felt on a run. Felt super smooth and effortless until about the hospital coming back. Ended up kinda clickin em off. After pedestal x 10, some core stuff, 50 pushups, and full mark stretch. These are the days that make it all worth it. Song Recommendation: Fast Talk by Houses
