Ran on my own after finals today. Went fast mostly because to pass the time I had my dads AirPods in and I was just zoning out to a podcast and music. Felt fine, biking tomorrow. I’m going in a trip leaving Saturday so I might do extra mileage at some point this week before Saturday since I really don’t want to run 7 early in the morning before a flight. Also did strength today cause I forgot yesterday. One more final!
