I know my logs have been lacking a little recently, but I’m going to be more consistent on it. Today I did Youshernia with Brett and did a Hunter extension. Also, I'm switching off using two pairs of trainers now. They are the same model, but it's just a way to not go through them as fast. Pair #1 is the "Ocean Blue", the model that I've used since early October last year. Pair #2 is the black and white ones that I will now be rotating in. Right now, I plan on using pair #1 for workouts and pair #2 for cts. After a couple of weeks I will just go every other day.
