First run in Jamaica and it was fun. I was out late with my brother and then I woke up at 7:45, went to an 8-8:45 yoga and it was amazing. Then I ran off time (~7:30 pace). It was brutally hot out which sucked so maybe tomorrow I run first, then do activities.
