Took a day off Bepard to run the slough. Did one full 3 mile slough, went for a second but at the start of the loop I decided to just come back and do hunter because I was bored of the slough so that is what I did. No stops during this run so that was funGot in a quick lift with Emo after. Goal this winter is to lift consistently. Did 3x10 each side bicep curls with 12’s, then 15’s. Triceps and bench. Did 7@75, 5@85,7@85,4@90. Didn’t try to put too much weight on and first two were warmups per say. I want to look at this after the winter and laugh about how I struggled on that last set
