Nice workout change for the 10k guys. decent shakeout in the am. going into the workout legs felt like had cement in them, and that feeling maintained itself throughout the workout. was able to hit the times, but didn't feel the best. Happy I was able to be consistent though. 35, 34, 32, 32, 3:13, 3:09, 3:06 70, 68. Thousands were a little more difficult than I anticipated but they felt good to do. Purpose is to maintain a consistent fast pace in the workout as in a middle of a race. closed nicely with the 400's. optimistic about the rest of the week. i think my body will feel better by the end by proper recovery. drills.
