Run: 2.50 mile
Note: Run: :20 Unplanned recovery day. Left right as a thunderstorm was nearing...at least I thought. Turned around early as the sky looked threatening. Made it back right as a thunderclap and rain unleashed. Turned out that was the only thunder and the rain stopped shortly after, could have run further no problem.

24 Bike 20

Bike: 20.00 mile
Bike Time: 01:13:55
Bike Pace: 16.23 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Walk: 3.00 mile
Walk Time: 01:00:00
Walk Pace: 20:00 /mile
Note: Knee was feeling MUCH better this morning. Tested it out by going outside for a bike ride. Kept it very easy, especially up hills. Took is easy in the garden as well. IT band area is sore. Did boots and massaged it the best I could.

25 Run 8

Bike: 5.00 mile
Bike Time: 00:20:00
Bike Pace: 15.00 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Run: 8.15 mile
Run Time: 01:07:10
Run Pace: 08:14.47 /mile
Run Shoe: Transcend 7 2/20
Note: Knee was feeling much better so headed out for a run. Delayed a little with a small storm passing through quickly. Was dry until mile 6 which I think was my punishment for running more than 6 miles. Moved some mulch later, but not too much. Didn't get a chance for boots, but did do some extra stretching at night.

26 Trainer Ride

Bike: 15.00 mile
Bike Time: 01:00:00
Bike Pace: 15.00 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Pilates Time: 00:15:00
Walk: 3.00 mile
Walk Time: 01:00:00
Walk Pace: 20:00 /mile
Note: Would have prefered to ride outdoors, but it was just dark enough to need a light which I couldn't find. Basement is getting warm and had to do an easier gear after the first set. Did some extra IT band stretching, knee icing, and wore the knee brace. It's feeling fine for the most part and want to keep it that way.

27 Run 6

Bike: 5.00 mile
Bike Time: 00:20:00
Bike Pace: 15.00 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Walk: 3.00 mile
Walk Time: 01:00:00
Walk Pace: 20:00 /mile
Run: 6.00 mile
Run Time: 00:50:05
Run Pace: 08:20.83 /mile
Run Shoe: Transcend 7 2/20
Note: Took the run nice and easy today. Could tell my knee wasn't awesome, but was good enough. More time in the boots, a couple icings, and more massage work on the IT band.

28 Bike Outdoors!

Bike: 20.00 mile
Bike Time: 01:11:35
Bike Pace: 16.76 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Pilates Time: 00:05:00
Walk: 3.00 mile
Walk Time: 01:00:00
Walk Pace: 20:00 /mile
Note: Found my helmet light and headed outdoors. Warm (mid-60's) and very little wind. It rained a few hours earlier. Pavement was still wet, so took it careful. Also didn't push it too hard due to the ITB/knee. More boot time during a meeting (love working from home!) and extra rolling at night. Did not have time for a full core session, but did do glute work.

29 Run 7

Bike: 5.00 mile
Bike Time: 00:20:00
Bike Pace: 15.00 mph
Yoga Time: 00:15:00
Walk: 3.00 mile
Walk Time: 01:00:00
Walk Pace: 20:00 /mile
Run: 7.00 mile
Run Time: 00:56:30
Run Pace: 08:04.28 /mile
Run Shoe: Transcend 7 2/20
Note: Cooled down a bit outside (50's). Expected to feel a little peppier due to it, but felt sluggish. I think adding speed will work, but I want my knee to be 100% first. On the good side, my PT feels 99%.
